The Truth About Difficult Times You’re Facing in Life

Recently, have been reading a lot of inspiring articles online. I find it important to share some of my readings with you guys.

Every one of us goes through difficult times in our lives. But, that’s not a bad thing. Here’s the truth about difficult times in your life.

Are you facing difficult times in your life right now? Many Christians view these trialing seasons as the work of the enemy and not the work of God. As far as I can see, this is not a biblical truth. Yes, there is an element to trial that involves our sinful nature, fleshly desires, spiritual warfare, and the chaos and insanity of this world.

I know many of you who are reading this have suffered greatly. You have seen and experienced that which you would not wish on your worst enemy. I know that. I have too. The pain and brokenness you have faced was not the work of God.

Life challenges
When life sucks, have faith in God and believe the situation will change.

But our God is the God of Salvation; the God that makes all things new. (2 Corinthians 5:17) Remember that God allowed Job to go through trials that he may give an example of faith to the generations. Promise after promise in the Bible assures us that God uses trial to create greater faith in us, steadfastness, perseverance, a more Christ-like character.

James says, “Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.”

The truth about difficult times in your life

No one enjoys difficult times in life; there’s no secret there. During these times is when a person’s true character is revealed. Following Jesus is easy while you’re at church. It’s also easy when everything is going our way in life. But what about when following Jesus costs us something?

Sometimes God must allow us to come to the end of our strength because it is only then that we learn to rely on His Grace, which is the power to be the men and women He is calling us to be.

The beauty of God’s Mercy is that if we will hold on to Him, if we continue to follow Jesus, even when everything is screaming on the inside and outside, our worse, when we are mediocre and complacent, he uses the darkness of this broken world to create something priceless in us: Steadfast faith that will lead us to Eternity with God.

It’s only when we understand the truth about difficult times in life that we begin to receive refreshment from God. Only by persevering in the face of trial, do we receive the crown of life.

In closing, here are a few encouraging bible verses that help us understand the truth about difficult ties in our lives and what they actually mean.

“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him. Who have been called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28

“Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him.” James 1:12

“In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials. These have come so that your faith–of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire–may be proved genuine and may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed.” 1 Peter 1:6-7

The question is, What difficult time have you been through in life that has prepared you for where you are today?

Thanks Joshua for this inspiring piece.

I Hope You Never Stop Believing That Your Time Is Coming

I hope you never stop believing that the hard days are going to be over. The days of confusion, anxiety and overthinking will not be the center of your universe. The days of heartbreak and pain will not be how every story ends. I hope you always remember that you were promised ease after difficulties, a rainbow after a hurricane and love after heartache.

I hope you never stop believing that one of those days, you will get it right. Whether in your career or your love life. Whether in your finances or your health. You will eventually find the resources you need to make it happen. You will eventually have the determination to fight for the things that matter to you and make them work. You will eventually realign your priorities once you learn the hard way what’s important and what’s not.

I hope you never lose hope. I hope you always find ways to restore your hope and renew your faith. I hope you understand that maybe your hope is somewhere else, maybe it’s the city you’re in that makes you feel helpless or the person you’re with but the hope for a better life should always be there. The hope for better things to come should never leave your mind. I hope you never lose faith in God or in yourself because that will give you all the power you need when your life is falling apart.

I hope you never stand in your own way. I hope you don’t let your own thoughts belittle you or your actions stop you from trying to change or improve your life. I hope you always find the courage to take big risks or end bad relationships. I hope you always find yourself daring and dreaming. I hope you never let your fears define your life. I hope you always break all the rules and the barriers you set for yourself that limited you from living your life to the fullest.

I hope you have the wisdom to wait instead of giving up. I hope you understand that you’ll never understand timing or why things are taking too long to happen or why you feel stuck all the time. I hope you know how to live with these questions until you find the answers.

I hope you pursue those answers by taking action and trial and error instead of fear and complacency. I hope you learn from your lessons but I also hope you never stop making mistakes. I hope you never forget that you’re human. I hope that instead of searching for perfection, you search for meaning. Instead of searching for stability, search for happiness.

Instead of putting timelines and deadlines to your life, put an end to your doubts and never lose hope that when your time comes, it’s going to be better than anything you had imagined for yourself. It’s going to be worth the wait.

Believe In Yourself

There may be days when you get up in the morning and things aren’t the way you had hoped they would be. I experienced this in the past when I used to give up on my ideas and dreams, doubting myself and thinking otherwise. But i thank God, some few friends, and my fellow motivational bloggers on this platform.Believe in yourself and go for it

So i had to tell myself things will get better. You also have to adopt that believe that everything will get better. There are times when people disappoint you and let you down. But those are the times when you must remind yourself to trust your own judgement and opinions, to keep your life focused on believing in yourself.

There will be challenges to face and changes to make in your life, and it is up to you to accept them.

The great and rich minds in the world never gave up on their ideas or dreams, no matter how difficult it was to accomplish, they pushed and believed that it was possible. “Remember Rome wasn’t built in a day.”

Constantly keep yourself headed in the right direction. It may not be easy at times, but in those times of struggle you will find a stronger sense of who you are. So when the days come that are filled with frustration and unexpected responsibilities, remember to believe in yourself and all you want your life to be.

Because the challenges and changes will only help you to find the goals that you know are meant to come true for you.

5 Simple Steps To Re-activate Yourself, If You Work Hard With No Results

Tips for life.

You’ve spent a lot of time, energy, effort and money to achieve your goal.

You’ve even sacrificed your favorite TV shows, shopping, dating, and your sleep. You utterly, wholeheartedly want to succeed.

And yet your results seem insignificant.

It’s frustrating, isn’t it?

But remember this: “Giving up on your goal because of one setback is like slashing your other three tires because you got a flat.”

It’s not the time to give up yet.

Here are 5 simple steps to revive your motivation and keep going.

1) Take a Vacation and Rest

“When all else fails, take a vacation.” – Betty Williams

You have been striving hard for so long. If you feel you can’t go any further, stop, rest, and travel. Detach yourself from seeking for solutions, forget those miseries, and just have fun. Besides refreshing yourself, you may even gain new insights and inspirations.

2) Do Some Revision

“Efforts and courage are not enough without purpose and direction.” – John F. Kennedy

Of course you have a target. But it’s easy to lose focus when you’re too busy working on your plans. Revise again – What’s the reason that you want to reach the goal? Write and rewrite it on papers. Then imagine the excitement and contentment when you finally succeed. Keep that fire and march on.

3) Make a Different

“Be stubborn about your goals, and flexible about your methods.” – Anonymous

Don’t just work hard without reflection, you are not a cow. If things don’t turn out well, dwell on other possibilities. You can observe others’ strategies or ask your friends for suggestions. Most importantly, dare to make changes, reflect, and improve again. Continuous trying brings progress.

4) Believe

“If a goal or dream is slow in coming, envision it on a delivery truck, just a wee bit stuck in traffic, but still headed toward you.” – Karen Salmansohn

If you start to doubt your abilities, you have lost half of the battle. This is because you will tend to put less effort, passion, and love to your work. To gain confidence, praise yourself for managing to come this far. You’re halfway there. Don’t worry about failure; just do your best.

5) Be Patience

“The key to everything is patience. You get the chicken by hatching the egg, not by smashing it.” – Arnold H. Glasgow

Understand that great things take time. After all, an oyster needs around 7 years to make a pearl. So don’t feel sorry for yourself, and avoid comparing yourself to other people’s achievements. The truth is that there’s no overnight success. You need to go through this journey filled with challenges, trials, and errors to become smarter and better. Just carry on, persist!

You see, sometimes what you need is just a change of attitude and approach to help you get over the hump and be ready to keep fighting for your goal.
